1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account and using the eFisheryDocs system ("the System"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The System is an integrated web-based platform for fish catch recording and auxiliary invoice management under the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of Tanza, Cavite. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the System.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
a. To use the System, you must be a legitimate fishery trader, supplier, shipper, transporter, or vendor who requires the services of the MAO Tanza.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Permitted Use
The System is provided to facilitate online application for auxiliary invoices (transport permits), real-time tracking of application status, digital recording and monitoring of fish catch data, and access to the Citizen's Charter, Fish Catalog, and other public information. Any use of the System for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Accuracy and Accountability
a. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all data and documents you submit through the System.
b. The MAO Tanza reserves the right to verify the information provided and may suspend or revoke your account for submitting false or misleading data.
5. Privacy and Data Security
a. The System collects personal and transactional data necessary for its official functions. By using the System, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of this data by the MAO Tanza.
b. We implement security measures to protect your data; however, you acknowledge that no internet-based system is completely secure and you use the System at your own risk.
6. System Availability and Modifications
a. While we strive to ensure the System is available continuously, the MAO Tanza does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
b. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the System or these Terms at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the eFisheryDocs system are the intellectual property of the MAO Tanza and its developers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The MAO Tanza, its staff, and the system developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the System.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Tanza, Cavite.
